Walgreens: Free pain patch and hair clips

Walgreens had lots of great deals for Black Friday, but since then their deals just haven't been all that great. So today I went in for just a couple of free items, as well as some canned mushrooms to bring the total up to the amount of Register Rewards that I had to spend.
