Menu plan 4/2/12: Cooking up a storm

It's Passover this weekend!  So I'll be cooking up a storm and cleaning and getting ready.  So meals will be simple this week - I'll be using up things I have in the fridge that aren't allowed during the holiday.

Here's what's for dinner this week:

Monday - spaghetti and meatballs, salad

Tuesday - Breakfast Egg Casserole

Wednesday - 3 Can Veggie Chili

Thursday - leftovers!

Friday - first seder at my relatives' home: I'll be bringing salad for 27

Saturday - second seder at my house: Chicken Broth with Matzo Balls, gefilte fish, roast turkey, Apple Matzah Kugel, Mini Potato Knishes, salad, Passover desserts

Sunday - leftovers from both seders
