Save on weight loss programs

Want to lose weight with a program, but don't have a lot of money?

Look for programs that don't require you to purchase their food.  Although it might be easier to keep the diet if you only eat the food they provide, it is far more expensive.  Plus you'll still need to buy and prepare food for other family members who are not on the diet. So you'll be spending a lot more money on food, plus the cost of the program itself.  Not a good idea if you're trying to save money!

If you're looking for a doctor-supervised program, ask friends and family for references, and also search the Internet for resources.  For instance, if you want to try HCG shots and you live in Austin, Texas, do a search for "HCG shots Austin". Be sure to contact each program and ask up front about all costs and fees associated with the program. Also check with your health insurance provider - weight loss assistance programs just might be included in your insurance program. Check it out!
