Menu plan 12/12/11: Keeping it simple
I've got a sick kid in the house this week, so I won't really want to be fussing around. And I probably won't get much shopping done this week, so I'll stick with dinners for which I already have most, if not all, of the ingredients. Keeping it simple this week!
Here's what's for dinner this week:
Monday - 3-Can Veggie Chili over pasta
Tuesday - Honey Mustard Herb Chicken, salad
Wednesday - salmon with 7-Spice Seasoning over salad
Thursday - Veggie Burritos
Friday - Chicken Broth with Matzo Balls, Picadillo, rice, salad, challah
Saturday - Oven-Baked Banana French Toast
Sunday - eat out!

Isn't it great when you have the ingredients on hand for those plan B weeks? The honey mustard herb chicken sounds pretty good!
