Wednesday Weekly Shopping: The Land of Chocolate

I invite you to link up to your best grocery deals below!

This week marked the first week of ALDI in South Florida, and I took advantage of it!  After making my ALDI price list, I saw that ALDI had the cheapest milk and eggs in South Florida, so I'll be buying those basics there.  I also bought several other items that rarely go on sale.

I did some great shopping at Target, using both manufacturer's and Target store coupons.  See my deals on cheese and crackers here.  I also got good deals on cream of mushroom soup and cream cheese.  I used a $1 off produce coupon and splurged for snow peas, which I'll showcase in my next frugal recipe.

I bought some bread super-cheap at Winn-Dixie and bought some veggies at Western Beef.  And at Publix, I bought some yogurt (see here for my yogurt mishap), frankfurters, alfredo sauce, and most importantly, eight bags of chocolate chips.  So now, my house is...

Overall, I spent $69.30 for items worth $137.38, or a 50% savings.

See all my shopping here.

Check out the following to see how others shopped this week!

It sounds like you did fabulous. I am still waiting for Aldi to come a little bit further south.

Thanks for the linky Laura! I'd love it if you'd include my Frugal Friday in your list of places to show off shopping trips :)
