Target trip: Cheap cheese and crackers

Click here for other great Target deals.

I made a quick trip to Target this morning to get some great deals on cheese and crackers!

I bought 4 8-oz packages of Kraft shredded cheese with a touch of Philadelphia cream cheese, which retails for $2.34 at my store.  I used four $1/1 Kraft shredded cheese with a touch of Philly printable coupons and 2 $1/2 Kraft shredded cheese Target coupons.  So, my total was:

Amount before coupons: $2.34 * 4 = $9.36
Coupon amount  = $6.00
Final amount: $9.36 - $6.00 = $3.36, or 84 cents per 8 oz bag

I also bought 4 boxes of Wheat Thins crackers, which were on sale for $2.00 each.  I used 4 $1/1 Wheat Thins coupons that I had gotten from a tearpad at Winn-Dixie, and 2 $1/2 Nabisco crackers Target coupons.

Amount before coupons: $2 * 4 = $8.00
Coupon amount = $6.00
Final amount : $8 - $6 = $2, or 50 cents per box.

(Note: Target only allows one Target coupon per type of item per transaction.  To get this deal, I did two transactions, each with 2 boxes of crackers and 2 packages of cheese.)

Altogether I spent a little over $5 for 4 boxes of crackers and 2 pounds of cheese.  What a deal!
