I gave up on making them because I never keep them but I want to lose a bit of weight and lay off the sweets I crave. I have had weight watchers meals many times, especially their pizza

My New Year's fitness resolution is to walk in my neighborhood at least three times a week. Eating a healthier diet will give me more energy to do so!

would love to drink more water and eat less carbs. Weight watchers would help me lessen the carb intake

My New Years Resolution is to lose 25 lbs. It is a lot harder to lose the baby weight than I thought. Weight Watchers could help me to lose weight so that I am eating a better diet! Thank you!

My New Years resolution is to quit eating so much salt I am so bad about it.. I like to eat some in my hand somtimes..Have not done it so far so I think I am doing good..Now on to my work out tonight at the gym yeah!!

I want to lose 50lbs to get back to pre babies weight. I have 4 kids that are all in school now. so I am going to have some downtime to get healthy to keep up with my bunch :)

I am resolved to help Hubby Loose at least 60 lbs this year. Last year he lost 40 pounds. We are working on it together. I am very slim and fit so I am helping him to get back to healthy!

Recovering from colon cancer my fitness goals are to eat healthier and exercise more. I don't need to lose any weight so Weight Watchers doesn't fit into my fitness goals.
