I don't have granite or marble countertops or stainless steel appliances, so I can't vouch for how well the product works on them. But I do have a glass cooktop for the stove we purchased recently. It's much cleaner than before, though not perfect - I really need to clean more often!- and works a lot better than the expensive "cooktop cleaner" that we purchased at a premium from the appliance store.
