Menu plan 11/19/12: Happy side dish day!

Thanksgiving, woohoo!  We're eating at our relatives' house, so I don't have to worry about making the turkey or the pumpkin pie.  But I am contributing several side dishes.  I'm planning on making a dish or two each day so that I don't have to rush all Thanksgiving morning.  That means I'll be keeping this week's meals simple!

Here's the plan:

Monday - 7-Spice Seasoning baked salmon over salad greens

Tuesday - baked breaded chicken, Tabbouleh

Wednesday - 3 Can Veggie Chili over pasta

Thursday - my contributions:  Sweet Potato and Pineapple Casserole, Wild Rice with Carmelized Onions and Dried Cranberries, salad,  Pumpkin Corn Muffins, chocolate chip cookies

Friday - leftovers

Saturday - Sundried Tomato Beefaroni, salad

Sunday - more leftovers

Sweet potatoes and pineapple casserole? Sounds so cool! I have a menu Monday link up if you want to link up every week. Have a great week! Erin
