Last week's dinner plans went pretty well, so I think we'll be sticking to almost the same plan for this week. Just a couple of minor changes. Thursdays are a little crazy around here, so it's easy to make veggie burritos ahead of time and then heat them up on the microwave when we get home, cranky and hungry. (That's me, not the kids.) And my middle kid loooves pasta, so I think we'll make pasta on Saturday night, but top it with veggie chili to keep it more healthy and add some protein.
So here are my dinner plans:
Monday - baked salmon over salad greens
Tuesday - hamburger patties, veggie sticks
Wednesday - chicken stir-fry with veggies and Little Soya gluten-free soy sauce
Thursday - veggie burritos
Friday - chicken soup with matzah balls, baked chicken breasts, tabbouleh, challah
Saturday - 3 Can Veggie Chili over pasta
Sunday - eat out
