I have guests for a few days this week, so some of my dinners will be a little nicer than usual. No quickie dinners for me!
So here are my dinner plans:
Monday - Picadillo over brown rice
Tuesday - Lasagna Roll-ups, salad
Wednesday - Balsamic Chicken with rice
Thursday - red pepper whole wheat pizza
Friday - chicken soup with matzah balls, baked chicken breasts, Kasha Varnishkes, challah
Saturday - grilled cheese with tomato soup
Sunday - take out!
