Menu plan 7-16-12: Summer fruit meals

I used up pretty much all my produce this week, so it's time to replenish.  But the good ALDI deals look to be fruit this week, with low prices on peaches, plums, nectarines, strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, honeydew, and cherries.  So it looks like we'll be enjoying lots of fruit this week!

So here are my dinner plans:
Monday - grilled cheese sandwiches, fruit salad

Tuesday - broiled salmon with mango salsa

Wednesday - sundried tomato pesto whole wheat pizza

Thursday - Banana-Blueberry Whole Wheat Pancakes

Friday - chicken soup with matzah balls, Picadillo, white rice, salad, challah

Saturday: tilapia fillets, pasta with garlic and oil, fruit salad

Sunday - eat out!
