I like plain greek yogurt I use it on chicken

I will only eat plain yogurt--most of the flavored yogurts have a substance similar to jelly or jam added to them--if I want fruit and yogurt I'd rather add my own fruit or even veggies to it. I cook and bake yogurt all the time it helps tenderize foods and makes the crumb on baked goods so tender.
My current favorite is a baked potato (with the skin) and a yogurt based onion sauce (different
onions, onion seeds and a spice blend called Ispahan from La Boite).

I just recently started eating Chabani yogurt that I have purchased at Costco. It took a bit to get use to Greek Yogurt but now it's all I eat. I take it to work as a mid morning snack. A lot better then running to the vending machine. I prefer the blueberry with strawberry a close second! Yum!

I have always been a Yoplait fan but recently Chobani is my choice. I love their variety and fresh taste. I always have the plain ones in my freezer for recipes.

Greek yogurt is best the way it is eaten in Athens! Sprinkled with walnuts, and drizzled with honey!
