ALDI: We like to eat, eat, eat, apples and bananas

I stopped off at ALDI to get some milk, baking items, and a few fruits and vegetables. Not too much else, though.   I was really happy about the deals on Fuji apples - $1.99 for a 3 pound bag, as well as 33¢ per pound bananas.  Those are two fruits we eat a lot!

Here's what I got:

2 baking cocoa @ $2.49 = $4.98
2 gallons milk @ $3.29 = $6.58
1 iodized salt @ 39¢
1 grape tomatoes @ $1.29
2 3-lb Fuji apples @ $1.99 = $3.98
1.84 lb bananas @ 33¢/lb = 61¢
1 apple juice concentrate @ 99¢
1 mini cucumbers @ $1.99
1 2-lb brown sugar @ $1.29

Total spent: $22.10

Is it just me or does it seem like the drug stores are not offering any real deals. I got the Purex at CVS this week but I have not been to the drug stores since Dec 2012 due to what I call price mark ups. They mark up so that they can mark down. Personally I rather price match at Walmart and go to one store and be done with it all.
