Publix: Drop everything and go get this deal!

Holy cow, look at all this food!  I haven't had a shopping trip at Publix like this in many weeks.

And best of all, all of this cost only $23!  I saved over $106!

The best deal was the Nutri-Grain bars, but this deal is only available through Friday night.  If you're reading this on Thursday or Friday, drop everything and go get this deal before it's gone!

(If it's Saturday or beyond, so sorry!  Be sure to subscribe to the Frugal Follies newsletter, become a fan on Facebook, or follow on Twitter so you can get all the deals before it's too late!)

Here's how to do it: Print out a coupon for $1.00 off 3 Kellogg's Nutri-Grain Cereal Bars. Then go to Publix, get three copies of the Publix Yellow Advantage flyer (actually the flyer is green this time), and cut out the coupons for FREE Kellogg's Nutri-Grain Fruit Crunch Bars wyb Kellogg's Nutri-Grain Bars - it's on the third page of the flyer.

Then purchase three regular Nutri-Grain bars and 3 Nutri-Grain Fruit Crunch bars, both of which are BOGO this week.

You'll end up getting all 6 for free!  Plus you'll get a $1 overage from the manufacturer's coupon!

If the Nutri-Grain bars are all gone at your store, as reader Christine mentioned in the comments below, be sure to get a raincheck!

Not all my deals worked out so well this week, though.  I had planned to get Del Monte mango fruit cups using this $0.50/1 Del Monte® Fruit Naturals® Mango cup coupon.  But my store didn't carry that product.  And I had heard that there might be a BOGO sale on Buitoni fresh pasta, but my store didn't have a sale.

But here's what I did get:

12 Nutri-Grain bars (three regular, three Fruit Crunch Bars) @ BOGO $3.49 = $10.47

The NutriGrain Fruit Crunch bars were already wiped out at my store by 8:30 am...I was able to get a raincheck for the 3 fruit crunch bars portion of this deal. I will get them next week :)

Were you able to get the $1.00 off the Publix shredded cheese on both items - the Mission Tortillas and also on the cheese???
Would love to do the same deal - Is this right?? Thanks for your help!!

Whoops, wrong coupon for the Mission tortillas. It was a $1 off coupon just for the tortillas, and then a $1 off cheese when you buy tortillas. Fixing it now!

You must live in FLorida to be able to do the Nutri Grain deal. Here in Georgia, the BOGO rings up half price, so they only take of $1.75 for each box.
