ALDI: Great deals on fruit


Winter isn't usually a great time to get deals on fruit, but ALDI has several kinds of fruit on sale this week!  Besides the fruit I purchased, there are also great deals on oranges and grapefruit.  (See my weekly Best Florida ALDI Deals post for all the best ALDI deals in Florida.)

Here's what I got:


2 gallons milk @ $3.29 = $6.58
2 dozen eggs @ $1.69 = $3.18
1 cottage cheese @ $2.19
1 3-lb Gala apples @ $3.69
2 cream cheese @ $1.19 = $2.38
1 grape tomatoes @ $1.49
2 apple juice concentrate @ 99¢ = $1.98
1 cantaloupe @ 99¢
1 6-oz blueberries @ $1.29
2.51 lb bananas @ 44¢/lb = $1.10
1 Romaine hearts @ $1.99
1 baby carrots @ 99¢
1 mini cucumbers @ $1.99
1 2-ct green peppers @ $1.29
1 sweet relish @ $1.29
1 Spanish olives @ $1.19
4 canned beans @ 59¢ = $2.36
6 tuna fish @ 68¢ =  $4.08

Total spent: $39.57

Can I just say I miss Aldi? I remember when I lived in Illinois for a summer. It was awesome!
