I made a run to the kosher butcher a few weeks ago and was hoping that it would be the last such trip this year. But now the freezer is pretty empty - just a whole chicken and some salmon fillets are in there. So I guess there will be one more trip in 2012. Oh, well!
Here's the plan:
Monday - chicken stir-fry over brown rice
Tuesday - 7-Spice Seasoning baked salmon over salad greens
Wednesday - veggie chili over pasta
Thursday - veggie burritos
Friday - roast chicken, pasta with garlic and oil, salad, challah
Saturday - grilled cheese and tomato soup
Sunday - dinner out!
