I need to find some new dishes to make. I'm looking for dishes that are low in carbs but can be served over pasta and rice. They need to be very low-cost and quick to make as well. Anyone have some favorite recipe sites or blogs to check?
Here's the plan:
Monday - 7-Spice Seasoning baked salmon over salad greens
Tuesday - veggie chili over pasta
Wednesday - baked whole chicken, tabbouleh
Thursday - veggie burritos
Friday - picadillo over brown rice, salad, challah
Saturday - takeout!
Sunday - dinner out!
