42" HDTV Giveaway

Our TV is old. I mean, really old. It's one of those huge ones, not the nice slim ones they have nowadays (and have had for years). But it still works, and I am too frugal to spend money to replace it just because technology has marched on.

We could really use this, but of course I'm one of the bloggers hosting this giveaway, so I can't enter. But my pain is your gain!

Enter below for a chance to win this 42" HDTV! Please leave a comment after you've entered - I'd appreciate it!

wow! What to watch first; I guess it depends what day it arrives. The Voice is popular in our house lately.

I would (firstly go and buy a pair of 3D glasses, and) watch Cars 2 in 3D.

We’d probably end up watching The Walking Dead or Cars (depending on if the littlest one was up or not). I think this 42 incher would be a perfect fit in the family room. And one of my coworkers at DISH was just telling me LGs are some of the best TVs around too. I want the best now that I’m getting one of DISH’s Hopper whole-home DVRs. It’ll send all my HD channels to every room, so I’m anxious to upgrade the last 2 SD sets we have. Ever since we upgraded the first half of our rooms to high-definition, the family always seems to end up fighting over the TVs in those two rooms. Once I have new televisions and the Hopper in my house though, I won’t have to listen to all that arguing anymore.

I would love to win this 42" TV because I still have the big fat old style TV and this would be the perfect gift if I won, just in time for the holidays. I would watch all my favourite TV shows on it, and play games on it.
