There's going to be some changes to my typical dinners I make. I'm planning to make meals that are lower in carbohydrates - sugar and refined flours - for my family. So no more big plates of pasta! It will be a little more challenging and require a little more planning and cooking, but I think I can do it.
So here are my dinner plans:
Monday - Balsamic Chicken with sauteed onions, peppers, and mushroom
Tuesday - baked salmon over salad greens
Wednesday - hamburger patties, veggie sticks
Thursday - red pepper whole wheat pizza
Friday - chicken soup with matzah balls, baked chicken breasts, tabbouleh, challah
Saturday - hot dogs, sweet potato tater tots, veggie sticks
Sunday - take out!
