Menu plan 10-1-12: Turkey leftovers

Last week, I cooked a turkey for my pre-Yom Kippur dinner.  We also had leftover turkey slices on Friday night, and there will be more leftovers for lunch tomorrow.  A couple of times this week, we'll be using the carcass to eke out a few more meals!

So here are my dinner plans:

Monday - 3 Can Veggie Chili over pasta

Tuesday - turkey with snow peas over brown rice

Wednesday - mushroom whole wheat pizza

Thursday -  veggie burritos

Friday - Everything Soup (made from turkey broth and meat), salad, challah

Saturday - banana whole wheat waffles

Sunday - eat out!

How many total meals does that make out of one turkey. The most I ever got was 9 total meals to feed our family. This looks like you beat that!
