Walgreens: Dairy deals

This week Walgreens had some great deals on dairy items.  And with dairy prices going up due to the drought in the Midwest raising cattle feed prices, this was a welcome sale for me!

I was lucky enough to find eggs still in the refrigerated case, along with cream cheese and cottage cheese.  This shopping trip ended up being quite high out of pocket, but this will help make my ALDI bill lower for the next couple of weeks.

Here's what I got:

4 dozen eggs @ 99¢ = $3.96

4 Nice! cream cheese, 8 oz, @ 99¢ = $3.96

2 Daisy cottage cheese @ $2.00 = $4.00
- $0.45/1 Daisy Cottage Cheese, exp. 10/6/12 (SS 08/12/12) (all I had)
= $3.55 for two, or $1.78 each

2 U by Kotex @ $4.00 = $8.00 (receive $3 RR)
- $1/1 U By Kotex Pads, exp. 9/2/12 (SS 07/08/12)
- $1/1 U By Kotex Tampons, exp. 9/2/12 (SS 07/08/12)
= $6.00 for two, or $3.00 each ($1.50 each after RRs)

Speed Stick deodorant @ $1.99
-  $1/1 Speed Stick Regular or Lady Speed Stick Antiperspirant/Deodorant, exp. 9/1/12 (SS 08/12/12)
= 99¢

Good 'N' Natural bar @ $1.29
-  FREE Good'N Natural Bar, exp. 9/15/12 (RP 08/12/12)
= FREE

Scott Naturals paper towels, 6 pack @ $5.00
- $1.25/1 Scott paper towel, 6 rolls or more printable
= $3.75

1 Nice! bottled water, 24 ct @ $1.99 (hurricane supplies)

Total product: $24.20
Tax: 90¢

Total out of pocket: $25.10
Total saved compared to Walgreens full prices: $21.90
RRs received: $3
