ALDI: Introducing new customers


I had guests this week, so my trip to ALDI was a little larger than usual.  I had fun introducing ALDI to my guests - they have the store in their area but had never been to it.  I hope that ALDI will have some new customers now!

Here's what I got:


Trip #1:

3 apple juice concentrate @ 99¢ = $2.97
1 Parmesan cheese @ $2.39
1 cottage cheese @ $1.99
2 Imperial margarine @ 79¢ = $1.58
1 sliced cheese @ $1.99
1 Romaine hearts @ $1.99
1 bunch bananas @ 79¢
2 cucumbers @ 25¢ = 50¢
1 green peppers @ 99¢
1 grape tomatoes @ 99¢
1 3-lb apples @ $3.29
1 baby carrots @ 99¢
1 aluminum foil @ $1.99
1 whole wheat bread @ $1.29
1 chocolate chips @ $1.79
1 gallon milk @ $2.99
1 napkins @ $1.49
1 cake mix @ 99¢
1 chocolate frosting @ $1.29
2 20-ct tortillas @ $1.99 = $3.98
1 instant oatmeal @ $1.49

Tax: 21¢
Total out of pocket: $37.97


Trip #2:

1 baby carrots @ 69¢
1 blueberries @ $1.39
1 red grapes @ $1.98
1 gallon milk @ $2.99
1 whole wheat bread @ $1.29
1 5-lb all-purpose flour@ $1.79

Total out of pocket: $10.13
