Menu plan 4/9/12: Living off leftovers

It's Passover this week!  We hosted a big seder on Saturday night and attended an even bigger on the night before.  So we have lots and lots of leftovers that will hopefully get us through much of the week.  And on Saturday night, the holiday is over, so we'll feast on bread and pasta!

Here's what's for dinner this week:

Monday - leftover turkey, Apple Matzah Kugel, Mini Potato Knishes, fruit salad

Tuesday -  spinach matzah lasagna, salad

Wednesday - turkey and vegetable stir-fry minus the rice

Thursday - matzah pizza, salad

Friday - Chicken Broth with Matzo Balls, hamburger patties, salad

Saturday: fettuccine Alfredo, Caesar salad, bread

Sunday - eat out!
