Make your own daily deals

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of iTrackr. All opinions are 100% mine.

I do like daily deal sites, really I do.  But one problem with them is that if you don't want to patronize the business that's offering the deal - maybe it's just too far from your home, or the amount you have to spend to get the discount is just too much, or you just don't buy things from that sort of business - you're out of luck.

But there's a new site that allows you to get personalized daily deals: iTrackr.

At iTrackr, you can create your own deals!  The iTrackr My iTrackr screen will show all the available businesses in your area in the following categories: Restaurants & Bars, Health & Beauty, Food Stores, Apparel & Accessories, Home & Garden, Auto & Boat, Amusement & Recreation, and Hotels & Motels.  Choose a business near you that you already frequent or that you'd like to try, and select one of three possible options: 25% off any purchase of $20 or more; 50% off any purchase of $70 or more; or 70% off any purchase of $250 or more.  Once you make your offer, iTrackr will get back to you within 48 hours to tell you whether your deal has been accepted or not.

I really like the concept of iTrackr, since I can get deals at places that I'm definitely going to visit.  I also like that the minimum amount is $20.  Too often, daily deals require a purchase of $50, $100, or even more.  I am not likely to spend that much at one place, especially if it's a new business to me.  But on the down side, I don't know what the probabilities are that my iTrackr offers will be accepted.  I guess you just have to give it a try and find out.

So I gave iTrackr a try.  After starting a new account, I checked out all the stores in my area.  I decided to try making an offer to the local Dunkin Donuts location.  (I love their coffee!)  So I clicked on the store, selected the 25% off a purchase or $20 or more (there's no way I could eat $70 in doughnuts and coffee), and clicked "Make an Offer."  Here's my My iTrackr screen showing the offer:

So I'll find out whether Dunkin Donuts accepts my offer by tomorrow.

Give iTrackr a try and get the daily deals you want at the businesses you want!
