Coupon and donate meals!

You're probably familiar with the common newspaper inserts from Smartsource and RedPlum. And you probably know that Procter & Gamble puts out a newspaper insert once a month or so. You might even know that General Mills puts out a coupon insert every so often.

I just heard that on January 8, there will be a coupon insert from another company - Johnson & Johnson. There will be a Johnson & Johnson Healthy Essentials savings pack in your Sunday paper January 8, and for each coupon redeemed through January 15, Johnson & Johnson will donate one meal to FEEDING®AMERICA™, up to one million meals!

The Johnson & Johnson Healthy Essentials savings pack includes $190 in coupons and rebates on brands including: AVEENO®, NEUTROGENA®, LISTERINE®, Johnson’s®, Splenda®, BAND-AID® and OneTouch®. If you don't get the Sunday paper or you just want to get more copies, coupons can also be downloaded via http://www.healthyessentials.com starting January 8th.

Now, keep in mind that smart couponing means that you use the coupons in conjunction with a store sale, so don 't go buying groceries just to use the coupons. But if the coupon items are on sale that week, you'll know you're helping not only yourself, but others as well.
