CVS: Where's my bucks?

After skipping CVS last week, I took a trip over yesterday. One of the deals I wanted was this one:

Spend $10, receive $5 ECB:
Scope Dual Blast, Scope Outlast mouthwash 750mL, Crest Complete 4-5.8 oz or Oral-B Fresh Scent toothbrush 1 ct

I purchased 3 Crest Complete toothpastes, 4.4 oz, which retailed for $3.39 at my store, for a total of $10.17. I used 3 $2 off Crest Complete coupons from the 9/11 Smartsource insert. So I spent $4.17, and should have received a $5 ECB, thus making money on this deal.

But.. my ECBs didn't print! Did I do something wrong? I will be headed over to the store to ask about this.

Here's the rundown of the deals I got:

2 Softsoap body wash @ $3.00 = $6.00 (receive $4 ECB)
- 1 $1/1 SoftSoap Body Wash, exp. 10/15/11 (SS 09/25/11)
- 1 75¢/1 SoftSoap Body Wash printable (no longer available)
= $4.25 for two, or $2.13 each (13¢ each after ECBs)

2 U by Kotex @ $3.50 = $7.00 (receive $1 ECB)
- 2 $1/1 U by Kotex Pads, Liners, or Tampons printable
= $5.00 for two, or $2.50 each ($2.00 each after ECBs)

1 Xtra laundry detergent @ $1.49

3 Crest Complete toothpaste @ $3.39 = $10.17 (should have received $5 ECB)
- 3 $2/1 Crest Complete Toothpaste, Scope Dual Blast Rinse, Oral-B Complete Floss, or Oral-B Complete Toothbrush, exp. 12/31/11 (SS 09/11/11 R)
= $4.17 for three, or $1.39 each (83¢ moneymaker after ECBs, or should've been)
