Menu Plan 4/11/11: Eating from the fridge

This week, we'll be eating from the pantry, because Passover is coming!

Most of next week's food budget will be spent on food for my child's birthday party and for preparing for the Passover holiday, particularly for the two Passover seders I'll be hosting next week. Plus, we need to use as much of the open non-kosher for Passover food as we can, to make room for the Passover preparations.

Here's what's for dinner this week:

Monday - baked tilapia fillets, pasta with garlic and oil,, peas

Tuesday - beef lo mein

Wednesday - pepper pizza on whole wheat pizza dough, fruit

Thursday - Clean out the Crisper Pasta and Vegetables, salad

Friday - chicken breasts baked in salad dressing, pasta with tomato sauce and veggies

Saturday - some sort of stir-fry with whatever leftovers are around

Sunday - takeout pizza!

Love your "Clean Out The Crisper" dish! :) My mom used to call them "Must-Goes" - anything that Must GO from the fridge!
