Chili's - free chips and queso

If you've looked at my menu plan, you'll see that we usually get takeout or go to a restaurant once a week.  This is a time when we meet up with family or friends and have a good meal.

We do try to be a bit frugal during these dinners.  We usually only get water to drink, and we rarely order desserts or appetizers.

But now, Chili's is offering a free chips and queso appetizer if you join their mailing list.  Maybe next time we go there, we can get an appetizer and still be frugal!
