Clean Out the Cupboards Challenge: Fridge and freezer inventory

For those of you who are curious as to what's in my pantry for the Clean Out the Cupboard Challenge, here's your chance to take a peek! I took inventory, and listed below are the items that are in the fridge and freezer as of January 2nd.  (Also check out my pantry inventory.)

All items in the fridge are open.  I didn't list dairy, eggs, and produce items (except frozen fruits), as they will be used up and replaced during the challenge.

It is a priority to use up the refrigerator items (especially the salad dressing!) and items that have been in the freezer for more than 3 months, as these could go bad quickly or get freezer burn.
