Teaching Money to Kids - I froze the bread after I baked it - slicing it in half, then in half lengthwise, and wrapping in plastic wrap and stored in gallon-sized freezer bags.

You could probably freeze the dough after the bread machine cycle but before the loaves are formed and rise. I haven't tried this though.

Jen - homemade bread is the best! I need to learn to make good whole wheat sandwich bread... a challenge for another time.

so if I wanted to freeze this recipe, when would that be?
Before the warm oven rise?
And then do you defrost in the fridge and then just do the warm oven rise,
Can you tell I don't do bread much?
But I would like to be able to make some ahead, and then have it ready when I needed it.
