Publix: Lots of variety

I am having an eat from the pantry week this week, so I didn't want to buy too much at Publix. But I couldn't resist some of the great deals.

Smucker's preserves were on buy one, get one free. I have lots of strawberry preserves (from this CVS trip and from this other CVS trip) as well as homemade mango jam, but I decided to add four more jars to my stash, two cherry preserves and two blueberry preserves. Now I have lots of varieties to choose from!

I also had a raincheck for the Barilla Piccolini pasta that was on sale two weeks ago. Since I'm not buying much this week, this seemed like a good time to use it. I got four boxes of pasta - after coupons, they were 22¢ each.

Here's my full trip:

4 Barilla Piccolini @ BOGO $1.53 (with raincheck) = $3.06
- 4 $0.55/1 Barilla Piccolini, exp. 8/21/11 (SS 06/26/11)
= 86¢ for four, or 22¢ each

4 Smuckers preserves @ BOGO $3.39 = $6.78
- 2 $1/2 Select Smucker's Products, exp. 7/30 (RP 5/22/11)
= $4.78 for four, or $1.13 each

2 Quaker Oatmeal @ BOGO $3.89 (no coupons)

3 Publix tomatoes @ 60¢ = $1.80 (no coupons)

Total spent: $11.33
Total saved compared to Publix full prices: $15.74
