Publix removes calendar amid complaints

Earlier this week, I mentioned that the Publix Art Calendars, which contained $22 in store coupons, were going quickly.  Well, now, at least in my area, they are gone due to customer complaints.

It seems that for the date of December 7th, Pearl Harbor Day was not listed, but the Islamic New Year was marked on that day.  Some customers found the omission of Pearl Harbor Day to be offensive and anti-American.
